Our exchange and returns policy is designed to provide our customers with complete confidence when shopping with Marzeny Baby.

All our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.

We also offer exchanges for items that differ from what was originally ordered.

1. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, or an item that differs from your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Provide your full name, order number, the product in question, and details of the issue.

Once we receive your request, our Quality Control Department will review the case. If the issue is confirmed, you may choose one of the following options:

  Receive a replacement of the same item;
  
• 
  Receive a product of equivalent value;
  
• 
  Receive a voucher or store credit for future purchases;
  
• 
  Receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  

If the defect appears after 30 days but within 6 months, we will still assess your request and, where applicable, repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

⚠️ Please note: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items reported after 6 months from the delivery date.

2. Order Cancellation and Change of Mind

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.

To request a cancellation or return, please contact us via email before returning your item.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  For credit or debit cards, refunds may take up to 10 working days after approval to appear on your account (depending on your card provider).
  
• 
  For bank transfer refunds, these will be issued only to an account registered under the same name as the order, within 10 working days of approval.
  

3. Conditions for Returns

Returned products must:

  Be in their original condition, unused and unwashed;
  
• 
  Include all tags, packaging, and accessories;

  Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
  

Items returned without prior communication, outside the return period, or not meeting the above conditions will be sent back to the customer.

If a return is rejected after inspection, the product will be resent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, and postage costs will be charged to the customer.

4. Shipping Costs

Marzeny Baby does not cover return postage costs for exchanges or refunds unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please note that delays may occur due to customs inspections, import regulations, or courier delays.

Any time your parcel is held in customs is not included in the estimated delivery period.

2. Tracking Information

Your tracking number will be sent to your email within 5 to 10 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear once your parcel has been dispatched.

If your order was paid via bank transfer, please allow up to 5 business days for payment clearance before processing begins.

3. Delivery Delays or Issues

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time, we recommend checking first with your local postal service or courier (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD) for delivery updates.

If your parcel cannot be located, please contact us immediately so we can verify the situation with our logistics partners.

Once it is confirmed that there has been a logistical issue or lost parcel, we will issue a full refund for your purchase immediately after the verification process is complete.

All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation for your security.

In rare cases of customs delays, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import charges that may arise.
